At Elixir Car Care, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you need to return or exchange a product, please review our policy below.
EXCHANGE POLICY
* Unopened & Intact Products: You can exchange an original, unopened product within 20 days of purchase.
* Opened Products (Max 5% Used): If the product has been opened but used no more than 5%, it can be exchanged within 7 days.
RETURN POLICY
* Unopened Products (Change of Mind): If you change your mind, you can return an unopened product within 7 days of purchase.
* Opened Products (Max 5% Used, Change of Mind): If the product has been opened but used no more than 5%, you may return it within 3 days for a refund or store credit.
* Products Used More Than 5%: No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the product has been used more than 5%.
* Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the product and packaging and contact us immediately with proof. We will arrange an exchange and send a replacement at no additional cost.
* If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a free exchange.
GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGE
The product must be returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or incorrect application are not eligible for return or exchange.
Sale items, promotional bundles, and free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
For Change of Mind Returns and Exchanges. The shipment costs for sending the product back to us, must be paid by the customer.
REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME
Refunds (for eligible returns) will be processed within 7-10 business days via suitable payment method.
If returning due to an incorrect or defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
